• 1.2. The Company does not provide actual professional services but only acts as a facilitator connecting Users and Service Providers.
• 1.3. The Company also provides free calculators, including GST calculator, Mutual fund calculator, NPS calculator, and Lumpsum calculator, for Users' convenience.
• 1.4. Users may purchase packages offered by Service Providers through our platform to access their specialized services.
• 1.5. The Company does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of the services provided by the Service Providers.

2. User Responsibilities

• 2.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our platform, including the description of the problem or inquiry and any relevant details.
• 2.2. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting the appropriate Service Provider based on their own judgment, needs, and requirements.
• 2.3. Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform and engaging with Service Providers.
• 2.4. The company does not charge any commission from the fees charged by service providers also known as consultants.

3. Service Providers

• 3.1. Service Providers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of the Company.
• 3.2. Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they provide, including the quality, accuracy, and legality of their advice, guidance, or solutions.
• 3.3. The Company does not endorse or guarantee the performance, qualifications, or reliability of any Service Provider.
• 3.4. Users engage with Service Providers at their own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such engagement.

4. Payment and Fees

• 4.1. Users agree to pay the agreed-upon fees or rates for the services provided by the Service Providers through our platform.
• 4.2. The Company may facilitate the payment process by collecting and processing payments on behalf of the Service Providers. The Company may deduct applicable fees or commissions from the total amount paid by Users.
• 4.3. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

• 5.1. The Company retains all ownership rights to its website, platform, and any content or materials provided therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and trademarks.

• 6.2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our platform or services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the advice, guidance, or solutions provided by Service Providers.

7. Indemnification

• 7.1. Users and Service Providers agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to their use of our platform or services, including but not limited to any disputes or issues between Users and Service Providers.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 8.1. Jurisdiction for any disputes arising from and related to this contract shall be Rajkot, Gujarat, India to the exclusion of all other courts. This is limited to registered users also known as service providers.
• 8.2 Visitors carry no rights to sue the company under any circumstances.
